I tried to post that fabulous Hylda Baker clip 4 times this morning. Each time Apple fucking Intelligence changed spelling AFTER I had proof read it. It is sad that American software creators are apparently illiterate when it comes to the English language. I assume that comes from the very top?

I visited my old depot station of #whitecity on the #centralline yesterday. I found it oddly emotional. So much happened to me during those few short years driving 1962 stock trains from there, and then 4 years as an instructor up the road in the old LU Training Centre now obliterated by Westfield

I’m on a #SouthWesternRailway Arterio train to Barnes from London Waterloo. The train smells weird - like it’s been sprayed with cheap bleach. Hideous ironing board seats & bizarre layout meaning many of them appear to have a view of a blank wall. But at least it’s clean. Apart from that odour 🤢🤢

Took the wife out to a continental type restaurant as it’s Friday. To my horror there’s a live act on. The wife said it’s customary to throw your plate at him when he finishes. Seems a bit harsh, but I’ve played places where they did that & it wasn’t even an eatery 🤔
