Game devs, pre-empt layoffs and stay connected with those on your immediate team. If the worst happens and you're all let go, consider forming a co-dev team. A group of experienced engineers, UI/UX specialists, designers, or narrative can be valuable as a small strike team taking on short contracts.

I wonder what I have in terms of transferable skills from my time at student literary magazines. Was editor-in-chief for some time, and ran events to keep student submissions going through lockdown so there could be a magazine.
