Going to try to get in a kettlebell workout+ mobility work for my hip, it has been a really frustrating week and there is still one more 12 hour day left

This is my fav cheap banger fragrance. Smells like whiskey+leather, caramel and cardamom. I am actually happy it is fall so I can wear it. Really smooth and not at all cloying. Just a warm hug.

I have to just admit to myself that I don't really like the vibes where I have been training for the last three years. No one's fault. Idk where else to go though.

Fighting my property management over a 15 dollar fee they applied to my rent, because they thought I don't have renter's insurance despite me proving multiple times that I do. It is honestly making me blind with rage, even though it is only 15 bucks.

After a depressing couple of months dealing with this injury, it seems like I am starting to feel better in a meaningful way. But maybe not enough to roll yet.

It seems quaint now that we do all our banking and race science there, but, nevertheless, it's true: at one time, people mostly wrote jokes on Twitter. 10 years ago, I wrote one about an old asshole and it kinda changed my life. Not his, though. www.cnn.com/2026/10/01/u...

It’s been 10 years since Jesse Farrar accidentally defined a political era with one pithy, prescient tweet. He wishes it never happened.

I am thinking of getting on a low dose anti-anxiety again depending on how my next consultation goes and I am feeling really apprehensive about it tbh. I have had pretty mixed experiences.

I knew things would be this way when I accepted this role, and it is important work. I do miss just having a mundane clock in and clock out job that just pays the bills sometimes, but I try to tell myself that doing some tangible good is worth it.

I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽‍♀️
