Makin red beans and rice. Used poblanos and a serrano chilli in addition to the regular miripoix, also threw in a smoked turkey wing. I will mash some of the beans to give it a gravy-like consistency. It's gonna be hot but still really balanced. Lets fuckin goooo

Yep! Got this knife at Walmart for maybe like 30 bucks. It appears to have a long tang that goes into the tang and to be made of Damascus steel. Holds an edge really well and I have beat the fuck out of it for 6 years. One of my room mates at another place tried to steal it, even.
