I think the only reason I enjoy Rhythm Paradise Groove a bit less than Megamix is that there aren't as many cute monkeys in the rhythm games. Still very good though

An obscure detail in early Pokemon games: In the Pewter City Pokemart in Gen 1, there is an NPC complaining that he was ripped off by a Magikarp salesman. But if you visit the same building in Gen 2, you can find the same person bragging about a Gyarados he's trained.

My actual favourite game of the year was Kirby Air Riders, but unfortunately SOMEHOW my user data agreement thing got turned off at some point, so the data stops at November 18th. It's also missing the dozens of hours I spent with the Pokémon DLC in December

I saw The Flaming Lips, Wilco, Queens of the Stone Age and local band Hypnotic Floor this year - so despite not seeing Radiohead I had an incredible year in concerts. REALLY made up for last year's cancellations. And I'm already scheduled to see Franz Ferdinand next March. I lov musicks :)

Taste the Ceiling seems like a random choice for my #1 song. But I listened to that album in February, and I guess it just came up a lot and was rarely a skip for me. And I think the same is true for most of the other songs in my Top 5. Just a buncha great songs!

I've always liked Wilco, but I actually went to one of their shows in Germany this year, and it's up there with one of my favourite concerts I've been to. I ended up listening to a whole lot of their stuff in preparation, and it was hard to not chase that high for months after the concert was over
