Oscar Belgal, 28, is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park without access to surgeons that could remove the bullet lodged in his neck, attorneys say.

A federal immigration agent shot a Dominican immigrant in the neck in Marble Hill Thursday night.

The agents were spotted in the P.S. 280 parking lot Saturday and three people were arrested, according to a letter circulated by the Queens school.

As shots rang out, bystanders sheltered in neighboring businesses, eyewitnesses told The City Reporter and Documented.

Oscar Belgal was in his car with his 5-year-old when ICE agents fired seven shots into the vehicle.

A member of Congress at the scene confirmed to The Intercept that there was a child in the victim’s car when ICE agents shot at it.

The total in the first 18 months of Trump’s second term is more than twice that of the same span under Biden.
