I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.
A screenshot of an email viewed in dark mode with the subject line "Google DMCA Violation." The email from Google informs the recipient that they have received a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that some of their materials allegedly infringe on copyrights. It explains the removal process, mentions that notice details will be posted on Lumen, warns against repeated violations, and lists one affected Google Drive URL at the bottomA nearly identical mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. It shows a search for the same Amnesty International UK resources URL, resulting in the same message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."A mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Working on a long term project to answer just how much money was spent on anti-trans political ads between 2018-2025. The numbers on Meta are pretty staggering. Matt Walsh alone spent over $8 million on anti-trans ads followed by $3.5 million by the Daily Wire and $2.6 million by PragerU.
A two-part data table analyzing anti-trans versus pro-trans advertising spending. The first table, "Over time," shows that between 2018–2023, anti-trans spending totaled $12.2M versus $0.44M for pro-trans, and from 2024–2025, it was $9.8M anti-trans versus $1.13M pro-trans. A note highlights that the per-year anti-trans spending rate intensified 2.5 times in the recent cycle. The second table, "The top advertisers are overwhelmingly conservative media and advocacy orgs," lists Matt Walsh ($8.8M), PragerU ($2.6M), DailyWire+ / Daily Wire ($3.5M), Alliance Defending Freedom ($0.84M), and Ben Shapiro ($0.65M) as top anti-trans spenders. A concluding summary notes that the Daily Wire media ecosystem accounts for approximately 60% of all anti-trans spending, while candidate campaigns themselves spent only $72K on explicitly anti-trans content.

Also want to be clear: the specific context here is, e.g. banning trans men from the women's changing room after you've also banned them from the men's changing room. Complete exclusion, based on no principle other than awkwardly backfilling from "biological sex" then realising that doesn't work.

Wrote a letter to my MP, it’s probably not the most coherent thing in the world but I couldn’t not say anything.
Dear
For the five years I have lived in
, I've been proud to have you as my representative. Your
intervention when my gender identity clinic did not send my surgery referral for over a year was crucial in getting them to acknowledge and, vitally, rectify their error. I will remain forever grateful to you for this.
But I'm afraid will not vote for you again, not whilst the red rosette you proudly wear remains a symbol of my exclusion.
Your government's proposed guidance is innately dehumanising. It prioritises the comfort of others over my ability to use the toilet, to access services, and to play the sport love with my friends. Ultimately, it seeks to confine me to my home - away from those who view me with disgust. A dangerous precedent has been set that it is more important for others to be protected from acknowledging the existence of those they deem unworthy than for marginalised people to exist publicly at all.
No matter how hard your party tries to spin this, there can be no dignity and respect for trans people with this guidance in place. As a trans man, I am told am not permitted to change with my football team who have called family for the last five seasons - that I must use separate female facilities alone. But if a woman walked through the door whilst I was lacing up my boots, I could be removed from these facilities too if she objected to my presence. Where is the dignity and respect in changing in a corridor? I suppose the preference is that don't play at all and stay at home so others do not have to perceive me.
I expect this behaviour from the Conservatives and Reform. Had this guidance been proposed by the previous Minister for Women and Equalities, I would have been devastated but not batted an eye. To watch a party I campaigned for, a party I was proud to represent for several years as a candidate, the self-identified "party of equality" usher in the biggest rollback of LGBTQ+ rights since Thatcher's Section 28 is shameful. I will not choose betwe…

Google AI search is going to be great!
A screenshot of a mobile Google search page. The search bar contains the partial query "300+140=460 is this correct? B...". Below the search tabs, an "AI Overview" section incorrectly states, "Yes, 300 + 140 = 460 is mathematically correct!" It then provides a step-by-step breakdown:
"1. Break it down by place value:
 * Hundreds: 300 + 100 = 400
 * Tens: 0 + 40 = 40
 * Ones: 0 + 0 = 0"
