My physio has given me a few to dos and things he really wants me to not to (Bulgarian split squats) I'm just figuring out what I can do from my normal routines at a lower weight to get back on maintaining and recovering the leg strength. Swap the splits for cossaks as they'll active the tendons

Another Ski practice yesterday and literally no Knee pain. It has since reminded me it is in recovery, but nothing I would consider a twinge of pain or even discomfort. Do I attempt a smol leg session today? Low weights and no lunges or single leg squats, but i think i can put some pressure on it!

Another successful gym sesh and all my physio work on my knee seems to be really paying off. Not had any pain pangs or collapses on the knee when walking. Still too nervous to do anything like jogging or a decent leg day. But we're getting there

Taken a wander through the Ozzy exhibit at the Birmingham museum and then the Joe lycett one. I don't get why so many people shit on Brum. The culture and history of this city and it's people are amazing. Homeblindness is a real shame and the concept of patriotism has been hijacked by the right.
