BIG CLIMBING ACHIEVEMENT Successfully completed my first v4 route today. And my gosh it was fun, and gnarly. Made sure to attempt it 3-4 times to make sure it wasn't just a fluke.

Another successful gym sesh and all my physio work on my knee seems to be really paying off. Not had any pain pangs or collapses on the knee when walking. Still too nervous to do anything like jogging or a decent leg day. But we're getting there

Finally dropped under 95kg and feeling more "big" then I ever have. Genuinely comfortable in my body in a way I haven't felt in almost as long as I can remember. Let's keep this up. Down a few more bf% points and getting more muscle where I can!

There's a sweet spot between 24-30 degrees where it's lovely and warm, but not too hot. It's just the right temperature for you to get between my legs and work a load out of me. And then when it gets over that temperature, we can shag in front of the air con unit.

I have discovered the hack to having WHOLESOME GAMES OF OVERWATCH. Simply, ask the team what they want from you at the start. Support? Ask what will enable the others Tank, explain your strat and what you need the others to do. People appreciate knowing they are heard and seen.
