We play Guess the Film by one frame, he can get nearly all post 2000, 85%+ from 50s-2000. He can tell you what year a movie came out, even if he hasn't seen it. He's on Letterboxd so much, he's just absorbed info about everything he's looked at.

Playing a Guess the Beatles song from first second of music on YouTube and the kiddo knows every single one. Played a Guess the Album based on the cover, kiddo gets over 90% correct on 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s. We've created a monster.

Here, everything is so overpriced now. So many people make a living by reselling, the stores know this now and keep raising prices. I hate it. Goodwill, especially. I'm like, I'm at a thrift store, not a "vintage shop".

About 30 year ago (!?), I was sharing music back and forth with an online friend in Manchester. He introduced me to both Big Star and Nick Drake. I'm forever in his debt. Those two albums there are just gorgeous.
