faira @fluffielox.com · 16/03/2026my advice is to get a proper NHS branded diagnosis that gives you a clear understanding of what you’re working with and gives them more context to assist with it fucking sucks but you have to advocate for yourself SO hard in england when it comes to mental health, but it’s not hopeless at least 010
