One more comment about this. You thought A&M was bad for censoring Plato's Symposium? Well, Texas Tech said "hold my beer" and banned Plato's REPUBLIC from a philosophy class because there's a brief mention of homosexual love in it.

I have filled out the form justifying why I should be allowed to teach Plato's republic, even though they include discussion of things that the Board of Regents things sound like gender identity and sexual orientation (Plato didn't have those concepts). www.texastribune.org/2025/12/01/t...
