This is from someone who wrote the best Diff. Eq. library on earth and is unbelievably productive. He got real QOL improvement from using AI. It is nonetheless focused on constrained boilerplate-ish CI work, and it relies on over $300000/yr in annualized free compute from $5k in subscriptions.
