social media presence creates a need for others to dominate/ostracize people they don’t like or take issue with, and try to do it on a scale that doesn’t exist offline. megalomaniacs i tell u

it can be important to have a foot in reality with a Sane offline support network when u spend a lot of time online! chronically online circles can breed unhealthy behaviors towards others, that dont often exist within irl relationships with no ulterior motives folie a plusieurs

So many ideas for brushes I start to do this dangerous thing of starting them all, and finishing none.... No no, that is bad. One at a time. Lock in!!!!

This. I strongly believe a lot of men have no idea how often women contend with this, and how it can stunt their ambitions.

This close to actually finish the coloring on character, leaving only background to do (for tomorrow). Ahh, it'll feel good to be done! The piece is super impressive and silly me wanted to put extra work into it so everything is taking twice as long (as I try to be super thorough with it)

Decided to add ajvar to a bake dish I'm making and this was probably the best choice I have made this year if not my entire life as much as "experiments in the kitchen and discovering new ingredients" goes WOW that smells amazing

Congratulations to LumenTale for reworking the combat, and killing the game. I don't know who asked for temtem level of grind there but I hope it made that one person's day lol.

Oh no, the trolley problem... Do I finish the shading and then eat, and possibly take hours and starve... Or do I eat and then possibly feel too sleepy to art and waste time....

Recent youtube findings of mine: I love watching cobblers at work. It's such a lovely craft, gives beautiful results, and makes good shoes last longer. I am grateful for these videos, I can appreciate something I haven't thought about before. It also makes me want to care for my shoes a lil more now

okay, time to make use of muted words bc there's few things I genuinely can no longer stand hearing about and I think I care about my mental more than staying up to date with things

'I'll finish the flats, then play some game and enjoy my weekend!' I went extra on flats, it took longer to finish and now it's done and it's beautiful, but I am also tired! I suppose it means I get to rest some now then. 😅

Genuinely loving updates SAI got so far. At this point I dream (but will wait patiently or accept they're not coming) of only a few features: Sharpening. (There's blur already) Gradient Maps. (I need COLORS) Ribbon brushes (brush using an image, wrapping in a smart way when angles are sharp)

So excited for Minecraft Dungeons 2! Just hearing about the enchantment/gear upgrade changes makes it so worth it for me. Seems to be more casual friendly! The first game was incredibly fun, I am SO sad my old save has been lost to time. I love you cool harp crossbow, you carried me through it all.

Wake up Want to stream "Oh, I shouldn't stream because I didn't eat breakfast yet!" "I will do this quick color work and head to the store for bread" Obviously, do way more than just a quick color work Almost finish the art piece, so you don't have anything to stream Sit there still hungry LOL

That feel when you make brush so good, suddenly a 2nd pass for sketch is no problem. Or a 3rd. Pleasure to use. (I dislike drawing many things several times, so my previous method was to just keep editing the OG sketch, trying to clean it)

I found out that finally, after years, there's now a button to save the settings for your scatter brushes. It was a very beta feature, so previously you had to edit every value manually in a notepad file. Which in fact I did for some of these brushes today, which is why it took hours......

People are surprised aniimo is full of AI and I am sitting there like. Was. Was the trailer from months ago not obvious enough? Trust me, I was charmed by some of the designs at first. Then as minutes went by watching it, my excitement turned into disappointment, and I didn't look at it again.

Turns out it's HOURS of work to get even just 4 sets of brushes working, given it takes organizing, adjusting, redrawing, setting up the settings etc. But omg it is worth it. A background that I needed photoshop for, was done in minutes in SAI as a result. I want to cry, so happy.....

I cannot stress this to everybody enough; If you view yourself as inherently good, it is very easy to do harm. I’m not saying you should view yourself as inherently evil either, I’m saying that humans are complicated, and that everyone is capable of harm.
