It's stable at Indy because the antennas/repeaters have a good view of the whole track from the tower, located infield, unlike most of larger structures at most tracks. It's much less so at others where they're sight limited.

That race was so good. There was an insane amount of passes (Rasmussen) with two and sometimes three wide at the corners. My only complaint was that some spotters really seemed asleep at the wheel with the two obvious wall sandwiches. However, that was oval racing at its finest.
