I was like this when I finally started to relax for the first time with PTSD. Constant flight or fight wears you absolutely dry, but it also makes it so you don't feel. Then eventually you relax and it stops, but you suddenly realise how exhausted you've always been and you crash.

I think you are - to a point. I think it's not up to you to verify who follows you and block them. If someone trounces into your comments once you start reposting NSFW stuff and loudly announces they are a minor, it's fair game to block, but until then it's kind of an unreasonable worry.
