What an adventure this has been. Despite everything, we had a great time at the wedding! It was nice to catch up with family we haven’t seen in a long time.

I’m on an adventure with @tracey.science! We’re headed to a wedding in So Cal, but the car overheated on I5-S on the grapevine and wouldn’t cool down. Got a tow down the mountain and eventually got a mechanic to look at it. Radiator’s got a big crack in it, and the juices have all spewed out!

Happy Valentine's Day, Neighbor! Went around with @tracey.science to hand out some chocolates and neighborly Valentines cards.

A composited image with mine and Tracey's heads pasted on Mr Roger's body with the text: "Happy Valentine's Day, Neighbor" in an approximation of the Mr Roger's Neighborhood font, in a heart shape. Pictures of our pets are in heart shaped frames down the middle of the picture. In the hearts: a Corgi named Gizmo, A pigeon named Nova, and a Mini American Shepard named Gadget.

While @kangamutt.bsky.social and I were waiting in the queue for the night market at #AFC2025, @cloverwolf.bsky.social appeared and gave us this cute sketch. It really captures the moment of… me taking a selfie to capture the moment! :P The resemblance here is uncanny! :D

A pencil sketch by @cloverwolf.bsky.social. It shows a scene of me (left) and @kangamutt.bsky.social (right) taking a selfie while wearing fennec and red fox hoods made by @kariwanz.bsky.social.

The picture is framed with what looks like the selfie-camera buttons on a phone. At the top is a signature with the name @whitecloverwolf. The sketch closely matches the moment when actual photo in the quoted post was taken. I digitized the sketch with a scanner after I returning home from the convention.

This was a fun little experiment! If you take Live Photos quickly-enough, it turns out there can be enough overlap in the 3-second video clips to stitch some of them together. (Not perfect, but not bad) :P
