Für manche Konzepte gibt es sicher mehr Resilienz als für andere. Gerade mit einer niedirgen Marge ist man sehr schnell in den roten Zahlen wenn jedesmal irgendeine Massnahme deinen Umlauf zerbumst. Die RoLa Freiburg - Novara hat ziemlich genau aus dem Grund auch den Betrieb vorzeitigt eingestellt.

My local city council blocked the access to the municipal forests out of fear that a branch may hit you while you’re in it. I really wonder how first they will enforce it, and secondly how many branches actually will fall onto hikers 🙈

Probably extremely unpopular but I absolutely enjoy turning my own photos into small vignettes / sketches as thumbnails for my @obsidian.md bases. For that I am using a local image generation model. It looks neat, has absolutely no meaning except for the later, runs locally and doesn't cost a cent.

traveling in foreign countries (not 🇨🇭🇩🇪🇫🇷🇦🇹🇹🇷and anything English speakin) is always a linguistic mindworm for me. I grew up French- and German speaking, English came naturally - my first lang I learned systematically was Turkish. Now I’m in Italy and my brain automatically switches to Turkish 😡

Es hat doch alles geklappt. Potenzielle Patienten hat eine Info oder Idee aufgeschnappt, ist damit zur Ärztin, sie wurde aufgeklärt (und nebenbei noch bloßgestellt, aber lassen wir das mal dahingestellt) und alle gehen weiter ihrer Wege.

Ok, also ist der Lösungsansatz / Zielzustand man kann sich wegen Globalisierung jegliche Arzneimittel überall besorgen aber man darf darüber nicht reden, ausser meiner Erfahrung nach in DE alle 12 Monate mit dem Arzt? Klingt ehrlicherweise nicht besser.

Ich verstehe das Problem nicht. Soll es ausserhalb von Arztpraxen ein Diskussionsverbot zu Arzneimitteln geben? Meine ehemalige Dermatologin ist übrigens diejenige die bei den ersten Akne-Anzeichen mir Isotretinoine verschrieben hatte statt mal mit BP und Adapalene zu starten

There are 2 platforms for HSR in Söğütlüçeşme, one in Bostancı, two in Pendik. Halkalı has maybe 4 useable ones. Sirkeci and Haydarpaşa will have tw at most. A boarding process for TCDD takes about 20 minutes, go figure how many HSR you can offer. “Makes sense in the context of 16 mio people” a joke

What are you talking about? 10 platforms for HSR services are far far far not enough capacity. They didn’t even think about paths to get into Istanbul. They just open new lines to Bursa, Izmir and then figure out what to do with them. They have no clue!

Keine Ahnung, ich erinnere mich nicht mehr an den Namen. Es ging darum die PISA Studie würde ja keine Bildung messen, sondern nur wissenschaftliche Leistungsfähigkeit - und damit seien die Ergebnisse nicht als Rückschlüsse auf das Bildungssystem möglich.
