Some refineries DID close when they were deemed too expensive to bring up to code. After the 2024 election, I wrote a series of emails to the DNC. I implored the DNC to effectively, and compassionately, deal with the Trans rights issue in a way that put that issue to bed. Unfortunately, the DNC refused to listen, and now every time a MAGAt opens their mouth they bash Trans people.

I've always felt that the various governing boards of specific sports all deal with this issue appropriately and compassionately, heavy on the science, and light on the toxic judgement of people without basic knowledge of the issue. I hope we find our way back to sanity.
