I asked Iisalo what he learned about Cam Boozer at training camp. He said the speed he learns: "With most of the guys I’ve coached it generally takes 3-4 months or the quickest ones pick it up in 2-3 weeks...but he might need 2-3 reps at something and he’s able to put it already into live action"

So I had to double check, but Taj Gibson - at 41 years and 76 days old - is now the *second* oldest NBA player to ever get traded. Bob Cousy was only 25 days older back in 1969 when he was traded to the Cincinnati Royals, which was a very odd footnote to his career.
