If the employer/operator/government was so willing to improve the operating conditions, then the strikes wouldn't have been necessary or even desired by workers to begin with. Whenever there's strikes, it's almost guaranteed the underlying reasons for the strikes have been ongoing for a LONG time.

The unfortunate thing is that Nazis actually like being depicted as scary and uncaring machines. It makes them feel cool and badass. Ironically, depicting them as buffoons and clowns is good, but not if you make them look harmless. This is why Nazis love American History X, but not Jojo Rabbit.
