Re-watching The Crow (1994) and 2 things remain as true today as the first time I saw it: 1. By far one of the best movie soundtracks of the time. 2. It remains a movie that no remake could improve on (and I absolutely refuse to watch the attempted remake from 2024).

One of our Technicians told me today that he asks Grok for technical information regarding equipment we work on and I told him it was wrong. I had to remind him that we work on relatively specialized equipment where certain info isn't publicly available for Grok to skim from so don't rely on it.

Text: How to avoid a sexual assault! A quick and easy guide*
1. Don't put drugs in people's drinks.
2. Use the buddy system! If you can't stop yourself from sexually assaulting someone, ask a trusted friend to accompany you at all times to stop you.
3. When you come across someone who is drunk or asleep, the best thing to do is not rape them.
4. When you see a woman walking by herself, leave her alone.
5. If you are in a lift and someone steps in, remember not to sexually assault them.
6. Carry a whistle. If you think you might rape someone, blow the whistle until someone comes to stop you.
