I should be excited to start my new job tomorrow and while I’m grateful for the opportunity to land on my feet after getting laid off, starting new things just feels overwhelming and exhausting right now and I’d really like to have had at least 4 weeks paid vacation before starting over.

Ok I need to hear what other people think, is tipping your seamstress/tailor expected? I took in a dress, had it let out, utilized a standard turnaround time, they quoted me a price, and that’s what I budgeted for. 20% of $175 would be kind of a good bit more. I’m conflicted
