I'm going to be launching something pretty big next week, which just happens to include a new atproto AppView, labeler, blob proxy, lexicons. It will have tens of thousands of users, most of whom won't even know they're using atproto, or have even heard of it.

Today niri became 3 years old! 🎉 I implemented and merged animations for windows moving between workspaces. This was the last *major* missing anim. Took so long because it's tricky with Z ordering (moving windows must be on top of everything), clipping, and syncing 3 different animations. #niri

Replies are the only thing that matters on a *social* network. Without replies it's a microblog. This is the only thing that Bluesky should be focusing on. Stop promoting AT. Stop all other projects. Stop fixing bugs. Focus only on things that lead to replies.

When I say that modularity & composability are now crucial as large, coupled codebases consume more context, I see raised eyebrows. Meanwhile, they are constantly running out of tokens while I haven't hit a usage limit in months. If you think architecture no longer matters, joke’s on you.
