Enjoy. I haven’t written up the recipe yet, but be sure to oil the pan. My marinade had soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic , sesame oil, oil, and apple cider vinegar. If not steaming first, cover with foil first 15-20 minutes then uncover and continue roasting. Baste with dressing occasionally

Recipe testing — oven roasted bok choy with soy, ginger, garlic and sesame oil dressing. Cut down on oven time by steaming (or microwaving) halves until just beginning to soften but still crisp before roasting. Flip after 15-20 minutes and baste. I baked alongside salmon at 350 degrees F.

This is a baked dough and is very soft when raw. I think it would just dissolve! Look for one meant to be fried but I’m not sure that would work. If you do use an empanada dough skip the baking powder. Here is the kreplach dough I use when I’m not using wanton wrappers jweekly.com/2015/08/21/c...
