I think I need to get into mindfulness. Every dull moment or walk in nature is just full with brain static. It almost impossible to keep thoughts on track, and if I'm not on my phone or doing something I just get interrupted and frustrated by racing thoughts.

I wish I was more impressed by Soul Glo's set tbh. Their usual guitarist who does the secondary vocals wasn't performing, which left a lot on Jordan who already looked exhausted. They had to Bolt after their set for a Chicago gig today, too, so just kinda seemed like their hearts weren't in it.
