Found a Scottish cook online that makes old Scottish recipes and I'm transported back to food my grandmother cooked. They make a treat called Tablet. I absolutely hated it as a child. No idea why. It's essentially just caramel.

Why must everything be about politics or some ulterior motive? Someone can post 'I like bananas' and the comment section erupts into banana bread recipes and 'what you're saying is apples are disgusting...let me tell you why you're wrong' and inevitably 'don't you know eating bananas is woke'.
