My favorite childhood meal... curried sausage and apples. Our neighbor was from Pakistan and used to make this for an after-school snack for us. Before they moved, she taught my mom how to make it.

That day my baby goat gave me a hug...he was so sweet and gentle. 😔 Our neighbor shot him because he got through the fence and ate some of his wheat. Ultimately this was why I sold all my goats...I couldnt keep them safe anymore. Broke my heart.
