Got the lvl 89 Sage gear from Tataru today, and couldn't help but feel underwhelmed by it just being the special gear from the end of Lalah's quest line. I'm gonna chalk it up to Alphinaud switching to Sage and some Forum meeting, though, because all of Tataru's other fits have been world class

Ellanor became an alchemist because it was another avenue for her to learn deep knowledge. As a black mage by trade, learning the chemistry and aetherical compositions in alchemy just made sense
