Reading TTRPGs (or reading about them) is a good and worthy thing, but your relationship to the hobby and industry dramatically improves when you actually play them. It’s just good for your life in general. Spending 3-4 hours playing a game means you’re not spending that time feeding an algorithm.

A very complex diagram which begins with the question "Do you need a a gift for someone" but, despite many questions and choices, always suggests either giving a book or buying a book for yourself, or gets in a huff and says "I give up!".
