Solidarity means showing up—and building power together. Faith leaders and organizers gathered in Memphis for a UU the Vote Solidarity Summit to strengthen networks, organize together, and call for an end to the Memphis Safe Task Force. Read more: bit.ly/4xIXaCw #UUTheVote #SideWithLove
Graphic with an off-white background and curved abstract shapes in red, pink, yellow, teal, and dark gray around the edges. Large navy text reads: “We see ICE wreaking havoc in our communities, we see voter suppression increasing, and what we’re saying is we’re done with that. We are going to continue to fight, but also continue to love until we win, until every community has investment in safety and care, and not in ICE.” The words “We are going to continue to fight, but also continue to love until we win” are emphasized in bold red. Below, the quote is attributed to Nicole Pressley, UUA Director of Organizing Strategy. Beneath the attribution are the UU the Vote and Side With Love logos. Hundreds of wild places. Millions of roadless acres. One rule protects them all.
We Must Protect the Roadless Rule...

For twenty-five years, a single rule has kept 44.5 million acres of America's wildest national forest off-limits to new roads. This rule protects roughly 30% of the entire National Forest System, including:
🌲 The Tongass and Chugach in Alaska,
🌲 The headwaters of 354 municipal watersheds, and
🌲 Habitat for more than 1,600 threatened and endangered species.

As Unitarian Universalists, we believe in the interdependence of ALL life on Earth, please take a minute and learn more about this issue at this excellent website:
