Today I encountered the term racialized being used to describe non-white people and I'm not happy about it. It’s s a technical term to describe the artificial application of race, any race, to a person. Using it as a polite term for non-white is doing the opposite of what the term was coined to do

It’s hell to know that we have less than 48 hours left with Floki. Gertie was sudden and the decision to end her suffering was fast and easy. Floki’s decline has been much slower and I hate it so much. I love my little boy.
