Ed’s are a fucking asshole. I swear. I wish I could lose weight normally and see small incremental changes and not go fucking mental. I wish I could wake up in the morning and not immediately go for a scale and ruin my day when it doesn’t move down. 12 lbs in 6 mo is probably fine but??? I can’t.

For REAL. The last time I had super significant weight loss I went from 169 to 130 in 2 months. Nearly 40 lb weight loss in 2 months. (And then I plateaued and gained 20 back but that’s neither here nor there) I can’t stand going slow I’d feel like I’m not moving at all.
