Met some great creators today. It was very exciting and refreshing! Hearing their issues with the algorithm and other platform problems reinforced my desire to build alternatives. Not at all easy, but everything exists because they took down or came after behemoths people thought were unassailable.

Great video that explains a lot of my own issues with Government under statism. This is exactly why and how corporations and politicians conspire to control and elevate themselves beyond the people. Lawd are tools of the ruling party and rarely ever are made to be fair or equally adhered to.

I'd like to take this time to spotlight some critiques I have of solarpunk that aren't just misunderstanding what it is. I think a big problem we have beyond the lack of popular media (which may be a blessing) is the lack of certain voices. There is quite a bit of diversity but we need more.

TIS DONE! Was a real pain figuring out how to do this... and had to seriously downgrade from my original idea, but I've finished my submission for Andrewism's Solarpunk Art Collab. I hope it goes through!

- The Agronomic Tower is a solarpunk vision of recycling/upcycling a typical corporate high rise into a public center that serves to both feed the community, and teach them everything they want to learn about agronomics.
- People of all ages will be able to attend scheduled classes, request 1:1 advice, do mentorships and apprenticeships here, as well as share their own learnings.
- This concept is highly flexible and is meant to get across the idea. There are only 8 floors in this visual, but in real life, multiple floors of a high-rise could be used for one or more of the levels described below.
- Most floors should no longer have windows in order to dramatically reduce the energy-needs of full-building air conditioning. Furthermore, any parts that do have windows should have nets or other structures over them to reduce bird strikes and heat/glare effects. The nets should be large enough such that they don’t tangle up birds and instead can be used for nests or other vertical habitats.
- The Tower is meant to give people access to any and all aspects of nature and food within an urban environment. Each ‘level’ is meant to focus on a specific aspect/field of study.
