It's true that low-effort prompting produces generic "slop", the same way anyone with a camera can take a boring photo. The difference between a snapshot and a photograph is craft and intention, and that's true of prompting too. The operator's imagination is what distinguishes the two outcomes.

This isn't about personal blame, it's about psychological reality. Trauma triggers are predictable and easy to manipulate. Empire knows this. You disarm it when you do the inner work to overcome the triggers.
