I have a medical condition that won't kill me but does impact my quality of life. Medication helps, but the main advice is, "eat more protein, sleep 8+ hrs a night and reduce your stress." Only women have this condition. Do you know how hard it is for most women to follow this advice? 🫠 #killmenow

One of my kids has a minor medical condition that requires him to take 8 pills every morning. He's almost 13 but still says, "I ate my pills" instead of "I took my pills" and honestly, it feels like the last of his little-kid phrases hanging on so I cannot bear to correct him. #momlife #parenting
