I have a medical condition that won't kill me but does impact my quality of life. Medication helps, but the main advice is, "eat more protein, sleep 8+ hrs a night and reduce your stress." Only women have this condition. Do you know how hard it is for most women to follow this advice? 🫠 #killmenow

My 13yo son, a child who rarely enters a grocery store, came with me to run an errand today. In the freezer aisle he gasped and went, "wait, Eggo waffles are REAL? I thought they were made up for Stranger Things!" So anyway they know a lot of stuff but also they don't know some really basic stuff.
