I just found out that Comcast-NBCUniversal had 7 year rule on behavorial remedies, but these rules were repeatedly challenged and broken, resulting in formal complaints, federal investigations, and financial penalties. It should serve as cautionary tale for Paramount-WB merged company "Skydance".

The only question is with all these properties and companies being merged, how are they going to pay off the debt? Both Disney and NBCUniversal have managed to pay off their own by having their own side hustles….. Theme parks, theme parks, and theme parks. But mostly Marvel (Disney only).
