This is an excellent, well thought out path forward. Moratoriums are necessary and yes, it needs to be at the federal level. Nobody wants a data center in their town. NOBODY! And China doesn’t have it right by putting it in the ocean either. They are still poisoning a home. Everything loses.

SCOTUS made bribery and election tampering legal with Citizen's United. Trump ended an investigation into senators playing quid-pro-quo. And the sweetheart deal to Epstein and his band of perverts and traitors - well, that allowed rich people to disregard the laws. They don't apply to them.

In Texas, the state Senate didn't convict and remove Ken Paxton - why he's running for US Senator. He was impeached by HIS OWN PARTY. But they wouldn't convict him, or hold him accountable. Same with Trump and his toadies. Same with Epstein and his perverted conspirators.
