This plus SUDEP (Sudden unexplained death in epilepsy) combine to make ==> Epilepsy the neurological condition w/the greatest average years of life lost. While strokes are more common, the avg age of a stroke victim is higher (closer to life expectancy) than the average age of an epilepsy death.
