Love how the EP tent-salvage guy sneaks this lyric past the Indo reporter who I'm guessing is too young to remember the Wombles.
Screenshot from Irish Independent article with quote from man who salvages abandoned tents after Electric Picnic music festival:
'He said the business was simply “making the most of the things that I find, the things that the everyday folks leave behind”.'

Two minutes into my bike commute yesterday and a driver skidded noisily to avoid hitting me - at a junction where I had right of way. It's only a matter of time until some distracted/inattentive doofus gets me, isn't it? #bikesky

Quite extraordinarily proud of my dear friend Claire. Back in our Uni days, she was a fierce advocate for change and social justice - that moral compass has not shifted one degree. How lucky are those who have her as their champion.

It was such a treat painting the stained glass style cover for this upcoming edition of "Pray for Him"! (I am looking respectfully at those sprayed edges 👀)
The cover art for The Laughing Man House's upcoming edition of "Pray for Him" by Tyler Battaglia. Painted primarily in watercolor, the illustration is in the style of a stained glass window, which depicts a demonic hand reaching down from flames, to touch (a la "The Creation of Adam") the raised hand of a priest. Lilies, Poppies, and Violets make up motifs within the border of the stained glass, as does a sacred heart. A photo of the artist's desk, with the cover painting in progress. Palettes sit to the right, and color studies sit to the left.

A lot of people do not realize how violent the UAE is. Part of the reason is the mainstream media calls the conflict in Sudan a “civil war” without mentioning UAE’s interest in the destruction. Part of the reason is their effective sports-washing. Don’t let it blind you aje.io/kxbzs9
