Tofu is amazing! I love tofu fried then tossed through a vegetarian stir fry, so delightful! Tofu is so versatile, have you ever tried to "Thai Tofu Balls". So lovely and incredible with dipping sauces.

What is going on?? Made a na'an bread dough, I need it sooner and do not have a proofer. So a hot wet tea towel over the bowl and then suspended just below a heater vent will have to do. Sometimes life calls for these odd solutions 😋👌

Amazing you want to start living a fit lifestyle. Also your integrity to yourself and where you are currently is admirable. End of the day, doesn't matter when you start or how slow you go, consistency is the biggest key. If you can do any form of exercise consistently each week, that is a win.

Have you ever tried a subscription called CKBK? They have so many published books on their platform. These range from actual culinary textbooks (Filled with recipes from all over the world). If you get a chance to check them out, i suggest any of the Mowgli kitchen books. Also CIA. So incredible!

What cultures are you looking at learning? Their techniques are quick amazing and so versatile. I find myself taking techniques from Indian cuisine and using them in other dishes. The way they cook has so much flavor! A big thing found was ingredient knowledge. Knowing why they use a certain one.

Oh wow that is amazing! So a multi function kitchen gadget. They are always fantastic, as can do more then one job. The Thermomix is wonderful at multiple job roles as well. Unfortunately its not the best when cooking for large family get togethers.

No time and can't be bothered! So used the kitchen kit to my advantage. Sous-vide Italian style marinated chicken thigh and honey carrots pre blanched (par-boiled). Then the Thermomix handling the rice. Delightful and saved so much time... What is your favorite kitchen equipment? #food #foodie 🍽️
