Some nights after gym I just want a bowl of yogurt filled with all sorts of seeds, 3 types of berries and dried pear and apple! Such a delight, dense with micronutrients :D #health #foodie #food #healthy #nutrients #microbiome #guthealth #antioxidants

What is going on?? Made a na'an bread dough, I need it sooner and do not have a proofer. So a hot wet tea towel over the bowl and then suspended just below a heater vent will have to do. Sometimes life calls for these odd solutions 😋👌

Bread of the week! Been busy, but still always time for some fresh baked bread! Also experimented and infused one of my breads with smoked flavour. Always a treat! Sure is a crowd pleaser. Took one to work, because Physical Trainers love carbs before a workout session. 🤗😊 #foodie #food #tasty #bread

Cooked these little beauties for a birthday. They were a hit and went really quick! Also made some doughnuts, but half the batch succumbed to oil temperature to high, but tasty none the less! #foodporn #foodie #tasty #desert #yummy #yumyum #sweets #sweet #food #foodofpixelfed

COVID....brought the need to innovate across all areas. I admire PTP who grew substantially through the pandemic. Offering a more diverse range of fitness products! Their band systems are incredible. Not endorsed or anything by PTP, their products just helped keep me sane through the tough times!

Slowly moving away from centralised social media! Checking our Diaspora atm, hopefully this fits the purpose. The true question is: HAS ANYONE BEEN SUCCESSFUL CONVINCING FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO JOIN DECENTRALISED PLATFORMS? I understand their hesitation, humans don't like change. So we shall see.

No time and can't be bothered! So used the kitchen kit to my advantage. Sous-vide Italian style marinated chicken thigh and honey carrots pre blanched (par-boiled). Then the Thermomix handling the rice. Delightful and saved so much time... What is your favorite kitchen equipment? #food #foodie 🍽️

Working on infographic for my Diploma In Social Media. Definitely lost interest using centralized Social Media platforms, so cannot wait until Diploma is finished! It is so painstaking to get through now. Believe my spacing and dimensions are off but oh well =p

Made some crispy lavash! This Middle Eastern delight is wonderful with some fresh dips. Love serving this with a homemade Hummus. Enjoy baking breads and sides from all over the world. Does anyone have a recipe i could re-create then post and tag you?
