Backstory: we had a vendor do a lunch presentation last week where they brought us lunch. It was Chipotle (yuk) but there was so much left over some is still sitting in the work fridge. The beans have become a bit of a running gag bc why do we still have a full catering tray of beans in there

Yesterday @chuckburly.bsky.social and I finally got our old timey photo taken and yes we decided to do the goofy steampunk one and it absolutely ruled, 10/10 highly recommend

Hey friends, we're under a tornado watch in NJ. Maybe you are too. If, like me, they are not something you're used to, I've attached some graphics shared by one of the local meteorologists on FB (alt text included)

Whoops, got a few to add. A light contemporary story about an English resort that would make a lovely beach read and a truly incredible mystery involving Death herself with a light helping of mythology and parasitology. I actually re-read the ending of the latter and I *never* do that.

Horiba!!!! Bane of my existence water quality parameter probe. We use it to get live readings on things like pH, conductivity and temperature amongst others. They also hate me for some unknown reason and like to be a massive pain in my ass!
