Still up, it's nearly noon. I've had all my meds. I had about 3 minutes without pain but it's back. Pulsing, jolting all over my jaw, mouth, and face. Mostly on the right side. It feels almost like a second heartbeat, then a third, a fourth.

Well the novocaine stopped working 20 minutes in while they were excavating bone from my jaw and i had a full blown bilateral neuralgia episode. I left sobbing. My last baby tooth is gone. Im tired of bad things.
