it’s been a long, record hot, dry summer (since early July). when the rains come, I can finally switch the house off City water and back to rainwater, which I did yesterday.

Austin forecast. Two more days of excruciatingly hot temps and then it starts to moderate. the forecast says 100% chance of rain on Thursday and 90% on Friday.
