Raf traces the roots of coproduction to economist Elinor Ostrom, who rejected the idea of citizens as passive recipients of services. Police worked better through good relationships with citizens. The relationship is interdependent. #BIGSPD26

Today marks 6 months stuck on a medical ward. We had a discharge plan for a little while and I thought I was going home. Now thats fallen through there is still no end in sight. This is one of the toughest things I've had to do - and thats saying something. Our NHS is a mess.

I know #PhysicianAssociates sometimes get a lot of flack. But the PA on this ward has been pivotal to how this admission works for me - the doctors come and go but she is embedded in the ward, knows the patients and how to communicate with them. Invaluable
