#RCPSych2025 Day 3 starts with a wake up call! Loneliness = smoking 15 cigs/day for health 🚬💔. 1 in 5 feel it—worse for young, SMI, & marginalised. 🔥 Raises depression, self-harm & early death risk. But hope: CBT, volunteering, tackling avoidance can heal. #RCPsych2025 #VivekMurthy#loneliness 🌍🤝
