Humans are bad at big numbers. Which makes it easier for billionaires (and trillionaires) to get away with hoarding wealth. Because most people just can't comprehend how much money that is. So, I appreciate this WaPo effort to help people visualize what ridiculous amounts of wealth really mean.

I'm always surprised when I talk to a younger person about the 3/5th "compromise" how often they think it was a good thing for slaves. As if acknowledging partial humanity was the first step towards emancipation. Rather, it was the most craven part of the constitution. Surrender is right
