A nor’easter could bring flooding, strong winds & power outages to parts of the East Coast this weekend. If flooding threatens your area, move to higher ground immediately. If the power goes out, use flashlights instead of candles, & keep a power bank charged so you can receive emergency alerts.
A image that shares safety information to consider before a flood. It suggests taking photos of important documents, storing them in a safe-deposit box, and placing them in a less likely spot to be damaged during a flood.

Don't let a campfire fool you. Even if the flames are gone, hot embers can keep burning and reignite. Drown ashes with water, stir thoroughly and check that everything is cool to the touch before walking away.
The image is a safety poster with the title "Don't start a forest fire!" It includes three guidelines, each marked with a check: "Only have a fire in a fire pit ringed by stones," "Never leave your fire unattended," and "Don't have a campfire on a windy day."
